Vtuber Vestia Zeta Character Modeling & Texturing

I made the model and part of the texture for Vestia Zeta's (ベスティア・ゼータ) 3D model from Hololive Indonesia!

■Modeling:
This time we matched the 3D model, bust level, to the design using a 40mm camera.
I did the entire character! Took 20 business days.
5 days for the head, 5 days for the hair and 7 days for the body. Remaining 3 days for balance and details.
The final adjustments were done by my supervisor. I'm consistenly getting to a point where his fixes are slight, still, they make a difference.
For example: Skirt slighty curvier, accentuated angles around the knee, topology density of the torso redistributed (Can't show any screenshots because of japanese privacy laws).
The biggest adjustment I got were the shoes, only after seeing the end product I noticed how the previous ones resembled clown shoes (kind of like, Sora from Kingdom Hearts...)
Modeling the hair was particularly tricky.
Did a pretty good job, only the back was adjusted to be a bit more bushier (it splits in the middle, I originally made the parting bigger)

■Texturing:
This time I only did the texturing for the hair. Took 10 business days.
As usual, we dont get a detailed painted design for the back of his head/hair, so a lot of time went into painting it in a way its coherent with the rest of the design.
Managing the PS layers so not only I, but also another person can navigate and easily paint the texture, got me stuck a couple of times... Just look at the way the design is painted, they clearly used layer blending modes, which I prefer not to use when paiting textures (easier to edit)
This was the least fun I had with texturing, so much confusion, but luckily (as far as I can see) very little adjustments were made to my work :)
I think the back hair got it's contrast up a notch.
